Back-extensions or Supermans

Pull-ups or Ring rows

Hand Release Push-ups


Metcon (Time)

6 Rounds:

10 Bench press (155/95#)

15 Box jump overs (24/20″)

30 Double unders

Set-up bench bars on inside of rack for space
