CrossFit Games is this weekend! We will host a watch party at CFPC on Sunday the 24th at 5:30pm. You are welcome to bring your own snacks/drinks to share.

We will be beginning a 6-weeks Gymnastics cycle next week, MWF of our regular CrossFit classes working to develop pull-ups and dips, progressing to muscle-ups for the advanced athletes!

5 Inch worms with 3 push-ups

25 High knees

5 Burpees

25 Butt kicks

5 Slow toe touches and holds

25 High kicks

10 PVC Pass through

10 PVC Press and reach back

10 PVC Overhead squat


Overhead Squat (Spend 15 min working to a heavy single)


Metcon (Time)

150 Double unders

50 Overhead squats

30 Burpees over bar

10 Bar muscle-ups

Scale Muscle-ups w/ 20 Jumping chest to bar and 10 bar dips
