1 Power Snatch (95/65#) + 1 T2B
2 Power Snatch+ 2 T2B
3 Power Snatch+ 3 T2B
4 Power Snatch+ 4 T2B
5 Power Snatch+ 5 T2B…etc
-Until cant complete within minute,
-then immediately next minute:
Ladder Format EMOM:
1 Kettlebell swing+ 1 Box jump
2 Kettlebell swing+ 2 Box jump
3 Kettlebell swing+ 3 Box jump
4 Kettlebell swing+ 4 Box jump
5 Kettlebell swing+ 5 Box jump
etc, until work cant be completed within the minute
