RxGymnastics is coming to CFPC once again! Sign-up now for this exclusive event on December 10th from 9am-3pm (1hr lunch break). Overhead Squat with PVC

Back-extensions or Supermans

Barbell Basics (No Measure)
With a barbell, perform (PVC for beginners);
2 rounds:
5 Deadlift w/ Pause at knee
5 Hang Power Cleans
5 Front squats
3 Push Press
3 Split jerks w/ pause in catch
